Changes in Name, etc. Such Debtor will not, except upon 10 days’ prior written notice to the Administrative Agent (or such shorter period as may be agreed to by the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion) and the taking of all actions and the execution of all documents reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent to maintain the validity, perfection and priority of the security interests provided for herein: (a) change its type of organization, jurisdiction of organization or other legal structure from that referred to in Section 3.3, (b) change its organizational number if it has one, or (c) change its name.

Changes in Name, etc. Such Debtor will not, except upon 10 30 days’ prior written notice to the Administrative Agent (or such shorter period as may be agreed and delivery to by the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion) and the taking of all actions additional approved or executed financing statements and the execution of all other executed documents reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent to maintain the validity, perfection perfection, and priority of the security interests provided for herein: (a) , change its name, its organizational number if it has one, or its type of organization, jurisdiction of organization organization, or other legal structure from that referred to in Section 3.3, (b) change its organizational number if it has one, or (c) change its name.
