Changes in Name, etc. The Borrower will not, except upon 60 days’ prior written notice to the Secured Party and delivery to the Secured Party of all additional executed financing statements and other documents reasonably requested by the Secured Party to maintain the validity, perfection and priority of the security interests provided for herein, (i) change its jurisdiction of organization, organizational identification number, mailing address or the address of its registered office from that referred to on Annex I or (ii) change its name. Such notice shall make specific reference to this Section 4.04 and shall include specific instructions as to any actions necessary to be taken (including any filings required to be made) to maintain the validity, perfection and priority of the secured interests provided for here.
