Changes in Name, etc. Such Grantor will not, (a) except upon 30 days’ prior written notice to the Collateral Agent and delivery to the Collateral Agent of all additional financing statements and other documents reasonably requested by the Collateral Agent to maintain the validity, perfection and priority of the security interests provided for herein, change its jurisdiction of organization or the location of its chief executive office or sole place of business or principal residence from that referred to in Section 4.3 or (b) except upon 10 days’ prior written notice to the Collateral Agent and delivery to the Collateral Agent of all additional financing statements and other documents reasonably requested by the Collateral Agent to maintain the validity, perfection and priority of the security interests provided for herein, change its name.

Changes in Name, etc. Such Grantor will not, promptly (aand in any event within 20 days or such longer period as is reasonably agreed to by the Collateral Agent) except upon 30 days’ provide prior written notice to the Collateral Agent and delivery to the Collateral Agent of all additional financing statements and other executed documents reasonably requested by the Collateral Agent to maintain the validity, perfection and priority of the security interests provided for herein, change if such Grantor (i) changes its jurisdiction of organization or the location of its chief executive office or sole place of business or principal residence from that referred to in Section 4.3 or (bii) except upon 10 days’ prior written notice changes its name, and such Grantor shall deliver to the Collateral Agent and delivery to the Collateral Agent of all additional financing statements and other documents as reasonably requested by the Collateral Agent to maintain the validity, perfection and priority of the security interests provided for herein, change its name.
