Changes in Operating Characteristics. All changes to the Operating Characteristics of the Units shall be communicated by the Owner to the Buyer in accordance with Schedule H. Changes to such Operating Characteristics (other than in respect of a Settlement Period in which a Party’s obligation to perform or comply with an obligation under this Arrangement with respect to the Operating Characteristics is suspended pursuant to Section 14.1) shall give rise to the payment to the Buyer by the Owner of the amounts determined in accordance with the provisions of Schedule H.
