Changes in Operation. The Director of Public Works is authorized to approve changes in location or manner of the drop-off recycling operation. 278 24. RIGHT OF INSPECTION COUNTY shall have the right, at all reasonable times during the continuance of this agreement, to enter the drop-off recycling center premises to inspect the premises and the conduct of business thereon.
