Changes in Operations. Without Lessor's prior written consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, Lessee shall not (i) provide food and/or beverage operations at the Facility if not presently provided, (ii) discontinue any food and/or beverage operations which are presently provided, or (iii) convert a subtenant, licensee or concessionaire to an operating department of the Facility or vice-versa.
