Changes In Unit Prices. If unit prices are provided in the Contract, and if the quantities contemplated are changed in a proposed Change Order such that an application of the unit prices to the quantities of Work proposed will cause substantial inequity to Owner or to Design/Builder, the applicable unit prices shall be equitably adjusted.
