Common use of – CHANGES INCORPORATED INTO AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

– CHANGES INCORPORATED INTO AGREEMENT. In the event the City elects to change the residency requirements which are currently applicable to all personnel employed by the City, or they are changed for employees in another City bargaining unit as a result of binding arbitration, any such change shall likewise be applicable to all employees covered by this Agreement, but only to the extent that the residency requirements are relaxed.
