Common use of Changes Mandated by Federal or State Law Clause in Contracts

Changes Mandated by Federal or State Law. This Agreement shall not preclude the application to the Project of changes in, or additions to, the Applicable Rules, including rules, regulations, ordinances and official policies, to the extent that such changes or additions are mandated to be applied to developments such as this Project by state or federal regulations, pursuant to the Reserved Powers. In the event state or federal laws or regulations prevent or preclude compliance with one or more provisions of this Agreement, such provisions shall be modified or suspended as may be necessary to comply with such state or federal laws or regulations.
