Applicability of the Agreement. Any Participating Party, including the Division, may request assistance under this Agreement for a “major disaster” or “catastrophic disaster” as defined in section 252.34, Florida Statutes, minor disasters, and other such emergencies as lawfully determined by a Participating Party.
Applicability of the Agreement. The Property Owner agrees that the Property shall be developed and used only in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Applicability of the Agreement. 1. This Agreement shall apply to the investments made in the territory of one of the Contracting Parties in accordance with its laws and regulations by investors of the other Contracting Party prior to as well as after the entry into force of this Agreement, but shall not apply to any dispute concerning an investment which arose or could have arisen, or any claim which was settled before its entry into force.

Save for the amendments provided for herein, the remaining terms and conditions contained in the Agreement shall remain and continue to be of full force and effect between the Parties, provided that should there be any conflict between the Agreement as amended and this Addendum No. 2, the provisions of this Addendum No. 2 shall prevail.
Applicability of the Agreement. 1. This Agreement shall apply to investments made prior to or after the entry into force of this Agreement, but shall not apply to any investment dispute that may have arisen or any claim, which was settled before its entry into force.
2. This Agreement shall apply to investments by investors of the Republic of Croatia in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia which have been previously granted admission in accordance with the Law No. 1 of 1967 concerning Foreign Investment and any law amending or replacing it.
Applicability of the Agreement. By accessing, using or otherwise participating in the Site and Services, you accept and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement and its Terms, as modified from time- to- time. If you do not agree to accept and be bound by this Agreement, you should discontinue your use of the Services and Sites.

This Agreement does not: (1) grant density or intensity in excess of that otherwise established in the Project Approvals or Applicable Rules; (2) eliminate future Discretionary Actions relating to the Project if applications requiring such Discretionary Action are initiated and submitted by Developer after the Effective Date of this Agreement; (3) guarantee that Developer will receive any profits from the Project; or (4) amend the City’s General Plan except as specified in the Project Approvals. This Agreement has a fixed Term. Furthermore, in any subsequent Discretionary Actions applicable to the Property, the City may apply such new rules, regulations and official policies as are contained in its Reserved Powers.
