  • Duration of Coverage All required insurance shall be maintained during the entire term of the Agreement. In addition, Insurance policies and coverage(s) written on a claims-made basis shall be maintained during the entire term of the Agreement and until 3 years following the later of termination of the Agreement and acceptance of all work provided under the Agreement, with the retroactive date of said insurance (as may be applicable) concurrent with the commencement of activities pursuant to this Agreement. 3.

  • GEOGRAPHIC AREA AND SECTOR SPECIFIC ALLOWANCES, CONDITIONS AND EXCEPTIONS The following allowances and conditions shall apply where relevant: Where the company does work which falls under the following headings, the company agrees to pay and observe the relevant respective conditions and/or exceptions set out below in each case.

  • Additional Insured Status and Scope of Coverage The County of Los Angeles, its Special Districts, Elected Officials, Officers, Agents, Employees and Volunteers (collectively County and its Agents) shall be provided additional insured status under Contractor’s General Liability policy with respect to liability arising out of Contractor’s ongoing and completed operations performed on behalf of the County. County and its Agents additional insured status shall apply with respect to liability and defense of suits arising out of the Contractor’s acts or omissions, whether such liability is attributable to the Contractor or to the County. The full policy limits and scope of protection also shall apply to the County and its Agents as an additional insured, even if they exceed the County’s minimum Required Insurance specifications herein. Use of an automatic additional insured endorsement form is acceptable providing it satisfies the Required Insurance provisions herein.

  • Separation of Insureds; No Special Limitations All insurance required by this Section shall contain standard separation of insureds provisions. In addition, such insurance shall not contain any special limitations on the scope of protection afforded to the City, its directors, officials, officers, employees, agents, and volunteers.

  • DURATION OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT 31:01 This Collective Agreement shall remain in force until April 30, 2007 and shall remain in force from year to year thereafter unless either party to this Collective Agreement gives notice in writing to the other party within a period which shall not be more than 120 days or less than 90 days prior to the expiration of each term, of its intention to terminate this Collective Agreement or seek amendments to same.

  • Deadlines for Providing Insurance Documents after Renewal or Upon Request As set forth herein, certain insurance documents must be provided to the OGS Procurement Services contact identified in the Contract Award Notice after renewal or upon request. This requirement means that the Contractor shall provide the applicable insurance document to OGS as soon as possible but in no event later than the following time periods:  For certificates of insurance: 5 business days  For information on self-insurance or self-retention programs: 15 calendar days  For other requested documentation evidencing coverage: 15 calendar days  For additional insured and waiver of subrogation endorsements: 30 calendar days Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Contractor shall have promptly requested the insurance documents from its broker or insurer and shall have thereafter diligently taken all steps necessary to obtain such documents from its insurer and submit them to OGS, OGS shall extend the time period for a reasonable period under the circumstances, but in no event shall the extension exceed 30 calendar days.

  • Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement Waiver: In consideration of being permitted to visit or participate in any way in any activity, including transportation, at the above location, I, for myself, my heirs, personal representatives or assigns, do hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to xxx The Regents of the University of California, its officers, employees, and agents from liability from any and all claims including the negligence of The Regents of the University of California, its officers, employees, and agents, resulting in personal injury, accidents or illnesses (including death), and property loss arising from, but not limited to, visitation or participation in any way in any activity, including transportation, at the above location.   • Mitigation of costs and damage The Affected Party shall make all reasonable efforts to mitigate or limit the costs and damage arising out of or as a result of breach of Agreement by the other Party.

  • LIMITATION OF OUR LIABILITY We are not responsible or liable to you or any supplementary cardmember for: • any delay or failure by a merchant to accept the card, • goods and services you charge to your account, including any dispute with a merchant about goods and services charged to your account, • any costs, damages or expenses arising out of our failure to carry out our obligations under this agreement if that failure is caused by a third party or because of a systems failure, data processing failure, industrial dispute or other action outside our control, and • loss of profits or any incidental, indirect, consequential, punitive or special damages regardless of how they arise. For example, we will not be liable to you or any supplementary cardmember for any malfunction or failure of the card or refusal by a merchant to accept the card.
