Changes Performed by Contractor. In the event of changes to the work, which changes must be authorized by District in writing and in advance, the markup for all overhead, including home office overhead, field office overhead, and general conditions costs, and profit shall not exceed fifteen percent (15%) of the direct actual costs for performance of the change if such change is performed solely by Contractor.
