Changes Posted. Changes in the City of Xxxxxx Personnel Rules and Regulations as adopted as of 2002 shall be posted on a bulletin board for a period of ten (10) days before becoming effective. Any questions as to the reasonableness of a work rule shall be subject to the grievance procedure and the disputed work rule shall not become effective until the grievance is settled.
