PERSONNEL RULES AND REGULATIONS. The City and the Union have reviewed the various drafts of the Personnel Policy Manual (03-21-07) and agree that all of the items apply to the employees in the Bargaining Unit and any unique items shall be noted in this Agreement. Those items that pertain to the exclusive right of the Union to negotiate shall not be changed without appropriate negotiations. The following items were moved to the Personnel Policy Manual (07-10-00):
PERSONNEL RULES AND REGULATIONS. Management reserves the right to modify, supplement, rescind or revise any provision of the Personnel Rules and Regulations as it deems necessary and appropriate; however, as required by law, management will not unilaterally implement said changes without providing the SMWDEA notice and an opportunity to meet and confer.

All of the general personnel policies outlined in the Personnel Rules and Regulations for the City in effect as of the date hereon, as amended from time to time, that are not in conflict with this Agreement, including but not limited to hours of work, in-service training, Employee appraisals, Employee personnel records, travel and conference expenses, tuition reimbursement program, Employee organizations, departmental rules and regulations, attendance, outside employment, National Guard and Reserve service, use of City facilities and equipment, personal appearance, soliciting by Employees, political activities, and equal opportunity shall be observed by all personnel.

PERSONNEL RULES AND REGULATIONS. Employee agrees to abide by the rules and regulations for employee conduct and performance as are established from time to time by Sebring or any of the Affiliates for which Employee performs services (the “Code”). Compliance with such rules and regulations is required in addition to any requirements or covenants in this Agreement.
PERSONNEL RULES AND REGULATIONS. The City and Union agree to meet and confer on any proposed changes to the City’s Personnel Rules and Regulations that are within the scope of bargaining.
PERSONNEL RULES AND REGULATIONS. The personnel and subcontractors of each party hereto shall comply with the other party's security regulations particular to each work location, including any procedures which such party's personnel and other consultants are normally asked to follow. Personnel and subcontractors, when deemed appropriate by a party, shall be issued visitor identification cards. Each such card will be surrendered by such personnel and subcontractors upon demand of a party. Unless otherwise agreed to by the parties, the personnel and subcontractors of a party shall observe the working hours, working rules and holiday schedules of the other party while working on the other party's premises.
PERSONNEL RULES AND REGULATIONS. The Personnel Rules and Regulations of the City of South Miami as published in the City's Personnel Manual also known as the Employee Policies and Procedures Manual are hereby incorporated into this Agreement in its entirety.
PERSONNEL RULES AND REGULATIONS. The South San Xxxxxxx Irrigation District Personnel Rules and Regulations, as amended, govern personnel and pay matters for District Employees, except as amended by this Agreement. Whenever conflicts arise between this agreement and the District Personnel Rules and Regulations, this Agreement shall govern until such time as a change to this Agreement is negotiated. References to the District's Personnel Rules and Regulations in this Agreement mean the District’s Personnel Policy entitled “Rules and Regulations of the South San Xxxxxxx Irrigation District" adopted by the District's Board of Directors by Resolution dated February 12, 1991, amended January 24, 1995 and September 25, 2001, and as may be amended from time to time hereafter.
PERSONNEL RULES AND REGULATIONS. It is understood and agreed that there exists within the City, in written or unwritten form certain personnel rules, policies, practices and benefits, generally contained in the “City of Avalon’s Personnel Rules and Regulations,” as amended thereafter by City resolutions and Memoranda of Understanding. Those rules, policies and benefits, which are subject to the meet and confer process, will continue in effect, except for those provisions modified by this Agreement, unless and until modified by mutual agreement of the parties and enacted by the Avalon City council, if necessary, in accordance with state laws, orders, regulations, official instructions or policies. Where the terms of the City of Avalon’s Personnel Rules and Regulations and this Memorandum of Understanding are in conflict, the terms of this MOU shall prevail. ALLOWANCES
