Changes to Contributions from Wages. i) The PFFA may modify the percentage of wages contributed to the PFFA HSR Plan under this section in its sole discretion. The PFFA agrees to notify the City on or before December 1 each year of any changes to apply the following July 1 and on or before June 1 each year of any changes to apply the following January 1. The City shall withhold the amounts specified above per pay period unless the PFFA notifies the City in writing, by the dates stated above, of any modifications to the frequency of withholding.
