Changes to Credit and Collection Policy. On each Monthly Reporting Date, copies of each amendment, restatement, modification, supplement or other material change to any Credit and Collection Policy since the immediately preceding Monthly Reporting Date, and a copy of such Credit and Collection Policy giving effect to such amendments, restatements, modifications, supplements and changes.
Changes to Credit and Collection Policy. The Borrower will not make any material change in the Credit and Collection Policy without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent and the LC Bank, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. Changes to Credit and Collection Policy. Each of the Servicer and the Borrower shall comply with the Credit and Collection Policy in regard to the Receivables, except insofar as any failure to so comply could not be reasonably expected to impair the collectibility of the Receivables, on the whole, or a substantial amount thereof, or otherwise have a Material Adverse Effect and the Servicer shall service the Receivables in all respects in a manner consistent with and similar to the revolving credit consumer credit card accounts and receivables owned by the Servicer. Neither the Borrower nor the Servicer shall make any change in the character of its business or in the Credit and Collection Policy, which change would, in either case, be reasonably expected to impair the collectibility of the Receivables, as a whole, or a substantial amount thereof, to materially and adversely effect the Lender, or to otherwise have a Material Adverse Effect.
