Changes to Curriculum. The CONTRACTOR shall inform County of changes to the content of the proposed curriculum, or to the schedule/length of group sessions.

Changes to Curriculum. I understand that changes made to the curriculum do not absolve me of my financial responsibility to pay the correct amount of tuition, fees, and other associated financial obligations assessed as a result of my registration and/or services received at Columbia College Chicago.

Changes to Curriculum. Only training materials and lesson plans developed and promulgated by CENSECFOR N7 will be used in training delivery. It is recognized that certain portions of the course may become outdated based on a number of external factors. The contractor’s instructors are encouraged to identify and submit recommended changes to the course curriculum to the ECS Training Officer. However, the content of the instructional material shall not be modified until formally changed by CENSECFOR N7. Any such recommendations shall be at no additional cost to the Government and shall become the property of the Government.

If a LINC Instructors’ qualifications, ability, knowledge and skills, exclude him/her from the opportunity to teach a restructured LINC curriculum, or new LINC level, the Instructor shall be given three (3) months to obtain the necessary preparation/training.
