To the extent permitted by law (and subject to the approval of the Reserve Bank of Fiji, if required), ANZ can do the following: Minimum number of days of notice Method of notice Introduce a new 30 days By press fee, change the advertisement, frequency or posters in branches, payment dates with details provided of each fee on next statement Increase a 30 days By press fee, change advertisement, the method posters in branches, of calculation with details provided or manner of on next statement payment of each fee Decrease a fee Day of change By press advertisement, posters in branches, with details provided on next statement If any other change reduces your obligations, ANZ can give less than 30 days’ notice but you will be notified with or on your next statement.
