Changes to Filing Information. It shall not change its name, its chief place of business, its chief executive office, the office in which the Borrower maintains its principal books and records or its jurisdiction of organization, unless it gives ten days’ prior written notice to the Agents and takes all actions necessary to protect and perfect the Collateral Agent’s perfected security interest in the Collateral and promptly files appropriate amendments to all previously filed financing statements that are necessary to continue to perfect the security interests of the Collateral Agent under this Agreement under each method of perfection required herein with respect to the Collateral (and shall provide copy of such amendments to the Collateral Agent and the Administrative Agent).
