Changes to Medical Benefits. I understand that the Company, in its sole discretion, retains the right at any time for any reason to amend, terminate or charge for welfare benefit plans, including without limitation medical benefits, and that any such benefits to which I am now entitled or to which I may become entitled in the future are subject to such right.
