Changes to Mobile Deposit. Waterford reserves the right to terminate, modify, add and remove features from Mobile Deposit at any time in its sole discretion. You may reject changes by discontinuing use of Mobile Deposit. Your continued use of Mobile Deposit will constitute your agreement to such changes. Maintenance to Mobile Deposit may be performed from time-to-time resulting in interrupted Mobile Deposit, delays or errors in Mobile Deposit and Waterford shall have no liability for any such interruptions, delays or errors.
