Changes to Offtake Programme. If as a result of advice submitted in accordance with Clause 10.04 or as a result of an unplanned change in the production of any User whether or not the same has been notified to INEOS or as a result of any restriction in throughput pursuant to Clause 12, changes to the Offtake Programme are necessary, INEOS shall notify the Shippers Operator as soon as possible in accordance with Attachment D.
