General Quality Requirements. Kin Yat shall comply with the requirements stated therein for defining general iRobot supplier quality performance.
General Quality Requirements. Notwithstanding the provisions of Clause 7.03, the quality of Shippers Production delivered at the Transfer Point (i) shall comply with the quality criteria in the specification included in Exhibit II to Section 1 and (ii) shall not differ from the compositional data contained in Exhibit III to Section 1 to an extent which, in INEOS’s opinion, is material. In addition, Shippers Production shall be free from any other undesirable substance or matter (including, without limitation, radioactive materials), which, in the reasonable opinion of INEOS, is likely to cause damage to any part of the FPS System, contaminate or reduce the value of any product deliverable therefrom, or prejudice health, safety or the environment.
General Quality Requirements. (i) The quality of Biomass delivered hereunder shall be determined at the Delivery Point (for DAP Shipments) or the Load Port (for FOB Shipments), in each case in accordance with Sections 6 and 7.
(ii) The quality of Biomass delivered hereunder shall comply with the Specifications and shall be manufactured, produced, stored and handled under a quality certification program that secures product integrity and quality from the production to the final delivery. Only Biomass certified as conforming to the Specifications shall be delivered to Buyer hereunder.
(iii) Seller warrants that each Shipment shall be of uniform quality; substantially free of Extraneous Material; free flowing; readily able to be unloaded and handled; and fully suited for bulk sea transport, free grab discharge, and inland transport.
General Quality Requirements. The EAP will: a comply with the quality requirements in the overarching Agreement(s); and b be certified as compliant with the current version of NZS 8156. Response time targets are defined in Appendix 2 (Response Time Targets).
General Quality Requirements. 1. Seller shall maintain an Inspection and Quality System acceptable to Buyer to fully satisfy Buyer’s quality requirements hereunder.
2. Seller shall preserve the outputs during production and service provision, to the extent necessary to ensure conformity to requirements. Preservation can include identification, handling, contamination control, packaging, storage, transmission or transportation, and protection.
3. In addition to satisfying any and all specifications attached to or set forth in this Agreement, including, but not limited to any engineering drawings or sketches provided to Seller, Seller expressly warrants that the provided goods and/or services conform to or exceed any drawings specifications and data which are part of the Buyer’s purchase orders and accompanying documents or which were provided to Seller by Buyer or Buyer’s customer.
4. Critical items, key characteristics, test, inspection, and verification, and special requirements, as well as the use of statistical techniques and related instructions for acceptance will be communicated to Seller’s via Buyer’s drawing and purchase order. Seller understands that the Buyer’s drawing requirements supersedes all other requirements.
5. Seller shall provide certification when statutory, regulatory or industry standard requirements are invoked via Buyer’s drawing and purchase order.
6. Seller agrees that persons processing Xxxxx’s orders are competent to do so. Additional proof of qualification may be required as applicable.
7. Performance of the Seller will be controlled and monitored as deemed necessary by the Buyer. Audits may be conducted at the Seller’s premises for qualification and monitoring purposes or resolution of outstanding quality issues.
8. When applicable, Seller must inform Buyer of nonconforming processes, products, or services and obtain approval for their disposition.

A: HACCP: A Haccp plan needs to be in place, set up by trained and competent team. Operators should be trained in Haccp, so they understand what their role is in guarding food safety and equally important why they have this role. Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) shall be in place, to ensure storage, blending, debagging occurs at appropriate environmental and operating conditions.
B: Daily procedures checklist • It is the responsibility of the warehouse / LSP to ensure the implementation and adherence of the procedures that are applicable to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). The operations coordinator should keep a daily check-list ranging from a walkthrough of the warehouse at the beginning of the day and end of the day to survey for any inconsistencies with the general maintenance of the building. The checklist includes the minimum following requirements: o Environmental Controls:
a. Check for leaks with pipes and roof b. Doors secured and locked
c. Confirm freezer & chiller temperatures
d. Verify compressors, both freezer and fridge are in working order and remove debris in the area of the compressors

The transport company must have organized the following main topics, prior to an audit that could be requested from side of Interfood: • An up to date SDR (Supplier Data Request) must be made available to Interfood in order to approve the transport company before acceptance of the first load. This includes the requested documentation inside the SDR as well a signature. This is to be updated in a 3 year frequency and/or upon request by Interfood. • The transport company must organize an introduction training organized for all kind of employees to introduce the company (recordable). This regarding Food and Feed Safety. Note, if this is not organized, an E-learning presented by Interfood should be accepted with a positive result within 3 months after auditing. • Regarding the cleaning requirements for bulk transport, only dedicated indoor cleaning bays should be used for the cleaning of food bulk tankers. • A HACCP system (Hazard Analyze Critical Control Points) or another comparable food risk management system should be in place to manage the risks of the product. This for the transport activities as well the cleaning activities. The risk management system should contain minimal the following risks: o Temperature control o Sealing • Quality auditing: Part of Interfood supplier management program is the regular audit of suppliers. The transport company / LSP could be visited during the approval process, but thereafter also at a regular yearly interval based on “vendor rating”. The vendor rating contains the amount of NC’s / Turn over / Certification / Food contact / Geographical area.
