Common use of Changes to Operator’s Organizational Structure Clause in Contracts

Changes to Operator’s Organizational Structure. Promptly following delivery to the Owners pursuant to Section 5.1.2.2 of the Nuclear Managing Board Agreement, a copy of any material information reported by the Operator to the Owners regarding any change to the organizational structure of the Operator to the extent that such change has a material effect on the Operator’s personnel who are dedicated to each Unit; and
