Common use of Changes to Parking Facilities Clause in Contracts

Changes to Parking Facilities. Landlord shall have the right, from time to time, without Tenant's consent, to change, alter, add to, temporarily close or otherwise affect the Parking Facilities in such manner as Landlord, in its sole discretion, deems appropriate including, without limitation, the right to designate reserved spaces available only for use by one or more tenants (however, in such event, those parking spaces shall still be deemed Common Area for the purpose of the definition of Operating Expenses), provided that, except in emergency situations or situations beyond Landlord's control, Landlord shall provide alternative Parking Facilities.

Landlord shall have the right, from time to time, without Tenant's ’s consent, to change, alter, add to, temporarily close or otherwise affect the Parking Facilities in such manner as Landlord, in its sole reasonable discretion, deems appropriate including, without limitation, the right to designate reserved spaces available only for use by one or more tenants (however, in such event, those parking spaces shall still be deemed Common Area for the purpose of the definition of Operating Expenses)appropriate, provided that, except in emergency situations or situations beyond Landlord's control, Landlord shall provide alternative Parking FacilitiesFacilities for use by Tenant and Tenant’s employees, Agents, business guests and invitees, and Landlord shall use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize disruption to Tenant’s business and to Tenant’s occupancy and use of the Premises and the Building.
