Work Agreement. It is agreed that the client shall make a good-faith effort at personal growth and engage in the counseling process as an important priority at this time in his or her life. Client gain is most important in pastoral counseling. Suspension, termination, or referral shall be discussed between counselor and client for a pattern of behavior that reveals disinterest or lack of commitment to counseling or for any unresolved conflict or impasse between counselor and client. [Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx Counseling] and client further agree that the following needs or problem issues will be addressed in both counseling sessions and in client homework, with future revisions possible as need arises:
Work Agreement. Tenant agrees to improve the Premises in accordance with the Work Agreement, and Landlord shall have no obligation to make any improvements or alterations to the Premises.
Work Agreement. If Users decide to enter into a Work Agreement, the Work Agreement is a contractual relationship directly between the SERVICE USER AND SERVICE PROVIDER. Both parties have complete discretion with regard to whether to enter into a Work Agreement with each other and with regard to the terms of any Work Agreement. You acknowledge, agree, and understand that Pinion is not a party to any Work Agreement, that the formation of a Work Agreement between Users will not, under any circumstance, create an employment, partnership, joint venture or other service relationship between Pinion and Users.

Work Agreement. In seeking help, you agree you will make a good-faith effort at personal growth and engage in the pastoral care process as an important priority at this time in your life. You agree that if you fail to do your work, or if you do not appear to be benefiting from the pastoral care, we may terminate the spiritual counseling relationship. The number of meetings depends on the type and severity of the problem, the amount of work you are willing to do and various other factors. It is customary to begin with one to three meetings then evaluate progress and investigate alternative resources. Do not be discouraged if you do not feel as if you are making progress as quickly as you’d like. Should you and the Pastor determine that you are unable to make sufficient progress after one to three one-hour meetings, you will be directed to a listing of qualified counselors for referral. You agree you will be responsible for paying the fees of any professional counselor or therapist. Children under 18 years old will not receive pastoral care without the written consent of their legal parent or guardian.
Work Agreement. Landlord agrees to finish and improve the Premises in accordance with the work agreement attached hereto as Exhibit C (the “Work Agreement”) and shall have no obligation to make any other improvements or alterations. The work required of Landlord under the terms and conditions of the Work Agreement is referred to in this Lease as “Landlord’s Work”.
Work Agreement. You agree to take full responsibility for your own physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health and will contact licensed health care professionals before making health decisions. At any point in our working relationship, both you and I reserve the right to terminate the relationship if either you or I believe that our work together is not helping you. In such a case, if you wish, I can refer you to another practitioner who may be better able to serve your needs.
