Common use of Changes to Price Sheet Clause in Contracts

Changes to Price Sheet. (a) Tesla’s obligation to install the Products is conditioned on such work falling with Tesla’s “Standard Scope”, which assumes standard wage rates, no unforeseen site conditions, no significant upgrades to existing electrical works, interconnection fees not to exceed $1,000, and customary government costs, taxes and fees.
