Changes to Prices. Subject to the requirements of this section, Vendor may change the price of any product or service at any time, based upon changes to the MSRP, but discount levels shall remain consistent with the discount levels specified in this Contract. Vendor may revise its pricing (but not its discount rate, if any, and not the products or services on its contract pricing list) by posting a revised pricing list. Such revised pricing lists are subject to review by DIR. If DIR finds that a product’s or service’s price has been increased unreasonably, DIR may request Vendor to reduce its pricing for the product or service to the level published before the revision. Vendor must reduce its pricing, or remove the product from its pricing list. Failure to do so will constitute an act of default by Vendor.

Price increase requests must be accompanied by a copy of the manufacturer or publisher’s price list. 2) Price decreases shall take effect automatically during the term of this Contract and shall be passed onto the Customer immediately. 3) Requests for price increases will be accepted or rejected by DIR within thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of a properly submitted request. Increases that are not accepted within thirty (30) calendar days will be deemed rejected. If a properly submitted increase is rejected, Vendor may request that the product or service rejected be removed from the Contract. The product or service will be removed from the Contract upon execution of a written Contract amendment, which shall be transmitted to Vendor by DIR within thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of the written request to remove the product or service and executed by both parties without undue delay. Existing pricing must be honored up to the date of execution of the Contract amendment. Prices may not be increased for at least ninety (90) calendar days after the contract start date. Price reductions will be accepted at any time.

DIR Administrative Fee A) The administrative fee to be paid by the Vendor to DIR based on the dollar value of all sales to Customers pursuant to this Contract is three-fourths of one percent (.75%). Payment will be calculated for all sales, net of returns and credits. For example, the administrative fee for sales totaling $100,000 shall be $750.00. B) All prices quoted to Customers shall include the administrative fee. DIR reserves the right to change this fee upwards or downwards during the term of this Contract, upon written notice to Vendor without further requirement for a formal contract amendment. Any change in the administrative fee shall be incorporated in the price to the Customer.
Changes to Prices. The Franchisee may request permission from the Secretary of State from time to time to increase any Prices or Child Prices beyond the levels permitted under Schedules 5.4 (Regulation of Fares Basket Values) and 5.5 (Regulation of Individual Fares) in connection with any proposed or actual improvement in any aspect of the Passenger Services relating to such Fares. The Secretary of State shall act reasonably in relation to any such request but shall not under any circumstances be obliged to accept any such request in whole or in part.

Changes to Prices. OVHcloud reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Pricing changes are immediately applicable to any new Orders. For Services in use at the time of an increase in their price, the Client shall be informed of the change by email at least thirty (30) calendar days in advance. In such a case and subject to articleConditions Specific to Consumers” the Client has the right to terminate without penalty the impacted Services within seven (7) calendar days upon the notification of the said price increase. Such termination shall be notified by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or through a specific form provided in the Management Interface. In the absence of said termination, the Client shall be deemed to have accepted the new prices. The aforementioned termination right is not applicable in case of price increase due to unpredictable circumstances making the execution excessively expensive for OVHcloud, which had not agreed to assume the risk.

Vendors will be required to comply with the disclosure requirements of Section 2252.908, Texas Government Code, as enacted by House Xxxx 1295, 84th Regular Session, when execution of a contract requires an action or vote by the governing body of a governmental entity before the contract may be signed.
Changes to Prices. We reserve the right to increase or decrease the prices of unsold holiday arrangements and correct errors at any time. Once the price of your chosen holiday has been confirmed at the time of booking then, subject to the correction of errors, we will only increase or decrease the price in the following circumstances. We will also pay you compensation as detailed in and in accordance with the conditions set out in clause 3 below. Should you decide to cancel or purchase another holiday from us because of this you must exercise your right to do so within 14 days from the issue date printed on the invoice. Please note a refund will only be payable if the decrease in our costs exceeds 2% as set out above. Where a refund is due we will pay you the full amount of the decrease in our costs. We promise not to levy a surcharge within 30 days of departure. Flight only bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the airline that you are travelling with.
