Common use of Changes to Professional Services Clause in Contracts

Changes to Professional Services. You may reasonably request in writing that revisions be made with respect to the Professional Services set forth in a Service Order. If your requested revisions materially increase the scope of the Professional Services or the effort required to perform the Professional Services under the Service Order, then we will deliver to you a written proposal reflecting our reasonable determination of the revised Professional Services, delivery schedule, and payment schedule, if any, that applies to the requested revisions. If you approve the proposal, then the Parties will execute an amendment to the Service Order. Otherwise, the then-existing Service Order will remain in full force and effect, and we will have no obligation with respect to the relevant change requests.
