Changes to Rates, Charges and Fees. Subject to applicable federal and state laws, rules, regulations and orders, SBC-13STATE shall have the right to change the rates, charges and fees outlined in this Agreement. SBC-13STATE will provide the Attaching Party 60 days written notice, advising the Attaching Party of the specific changes being made and the effective date of the change. If the changes outlined in the notice are not acceptable to the Attaching Party, Attaching Party may either (1) seek renegotiation of this Agreement, (2) terminate this Agreement, or (3) seek relief through the dispute resolution process in the General Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.
