Common use of Changes to scheduling Clause in Contracts

Changes to scheduling. (a) The Service Provider may by notice to the Shipper change the scheduling procedure set out in this clause 5, provided that any such changes are not to the material detriment of the Shipper. (b) Any such changes take effect on the date specified in the notice given to the Shipper by the Service Provider under this clause 5.3, such date not to be less than 7 Days from the date such notice is given.
