Common use of Changes to the Project Clause in Contracts

Changes to the Project. 7.1 All Changes must be approved by the Council and the LEP prior to the relevant Change being deemed to be effective. The Grant Recipient shall request the Change in writing to the Council's Representative and all requests shall include an explanation of the effect of the Change on: 7.1.1 the Grant; 7.1.2 the Eligible Expenditure; 7.1.3 the Expenditure Profile; 7.1.4 the Milestones; and
