Changes to the Rules. 1. Any changes hereto shall be approved by the Exchange Chamber of the Exchange. 2. These Rules shall come into effect from the date set out by the Exchange Chamber of the Exchange. 3. The current wording of these Rules shall also be published on the Exchange’s website. 4. If the current Participation Agreement or any other contract or regulation speaks of the Exchange Rules for the Electricity Market for End Customers, it shall mean these Exchange Rules for the Commodity Market for End Customers.
