CHANGES TO THE SECRETARY OF STATE’S REQUIREMENTS. 26.1. The Lead Authority will notify the Project Deliverer of any changes to the Lead Authority’s or the Secretary of State’s requirements, which are supported by the Grant. 26.2. The Project Deliverer will accommodate any changes to the Lead Authority and/or Secretary of State’s needs and requirements under these Conditions.
