CHANGES TO THE UCR AGREEMENT. Any recommendation for changes to the UCR Agreement shall be made in writing to the chairman of the Board. Upon receipt of the request, copies may be provided to each Board member and may be placed on the next Board agenda. Changes to the UCR Agreement can only be made with a majority vote from the Board.
