Should changes in law arise that necessitate any additions or deletions to the work described herein including the type of items included as Recyclable Materials, the parties shall negotiate any necessary cost changes and adjustment in Maximum Service Rates pursuant to Article 5.5 and shall enter into an Agreement amendment covering such modifications to the work to be performed and the adjustment to Maximum Service Rates before undertaking any changes or revisions to such work.
