Common use of Changes to Work Clause in Contracts

If changes in law arise that necessitate any additions or deletions to the work described here including the type of items included as Recyclable Materials, the Parties shall negotiate any necessary cost changes and shall enter into an amendment to the Agreement covering the modifications to the work to be performed and the compensation to be paid before undertaking any changes or revisions to the work.
