Changes to Your Information. You must promptly update all your profile information, including but not limited to name, physical address, e-mail address and Account information. To update your profile information, call Customer Service at the number provided above in Section 1. We are not responsible for mail we send to your old mailing or e-mail address prior to receiving updated information from you. All changes made are effective immediately for scheduled and future payments paid based on the updated Account information. We are not responsible for payment processing errors or fees resulting from your failure to update your information, or failure to provide accurate Account or contact information. PLEASE NOTE: any profile information that you enter into your Software will not be communicated to us. You will still need to call Customer Service (see contact information in Section 1).
