Common use of Changes via Electronic Amendment Clause in Contracts

Changes via Electronic Amendment. The following amendments to this Contract, when such amendments do not include changes to scope of work or not-to-exceed amount of the Contract, may be accomplished by electronic amendment (sent via e-mail ) that documents agreement by Contractor and Agency:

Revisions to designated Contract Administrator.
