Changing off on locomotives. Time occupied in picking up and/or setting off a car (or cars) from their train within 15 minutes of time required to report for duty, also all time in excess of 15 minutes from time required to report for duty until time locomotive passes designated yard switch (i.e., main track switch connecting with yard track).
