Common use of Chapter 902 Service Clause in Contracts

Chapter 902 Service. On days when public schools are not in session, the Contractor is required nevertheless to provide EXTENSION AND SIXTH AMENDMENT OF CONTRACT FOR REGULAR EDUCATION PUPIL TRANSPORTATION SERVICES service pursuant to Chapter 902 of the Laws of 1985. The Contractor must comply with the Director's instructions concerning the numbers of vehicles and the vehicular routes to maximize efficient utilization. The Contractor will be paid only for those vehicles which operate on those days as expressly authorized by the Director.
