Subchapter M. The Fund intends to direct the investment of the proceeds of the offering described in the Registration Statement in such a manner as to comply with the requirements of Subchapter M of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended ("Subchapter M of the Code" and the "Code," respectively), and intends to qualify as a regulated investment company under Subchapter M of the Code.
Subchapter M. The Fund will comply with the requirements of Subchapter M of the Code to qualify as a regulated investment company under the Code.
Subchapter M. The Trust shall maintain the qualification of each Fund as a regulated investment company (under Subchapter M or any successor or similar provision), and the Trust shall notify the Company immediately upon having a reasonable basis for believing that a Fund has ceased to so qualify or that it might not so qualify in the future.
Subchapter M. The Fund will use its best efforts to maintain its qualification as a regulated investment company under Subchapter M of the Code.
