Character of Easement. The Easement shall be appurtenant to each of the Benefited Property and the Burdened Property and shall therefore be binding upon and run with the Burdened Property and the Benefited Property.

Grantor shall at all times enjoy concurrent vehicular and other ingress and egress across the Easement to the Dominant Tenement, which use shall not be disturbed, interrupted or impeded in any manner.
