Xxxxxx Limitation The Service reserves the right to refuse to pay any Xxxxxx to whom you may direct a payment. As required by applicable law, the Service will notify you promptly if it decides to refuse to pay a Xxxxxx designated by you. as set forth in Section 13 of the General Terms (Prohibited Payments) or an Exception Payment under this Agreement.
Storage limitation The data importer shall retain the personal data for no longer than necessary for the purpose(s) for which it is processed. It shall put in place appropriate technical or organisational measures to ensure compliance with this obligation, including erasure or anonymisation2 of the data and all back-ups at the end of the retention period.
Payee Limitation The Service reserves the right to refuse to pay any Payee to whom you may direct a payment. The Service will notify you promptly if it decides to refuse to pay a Payee designated by you. This notification is not required if you attempt to make a prohibited payment or an exception payment under this Agreement.
Usage Limitations Services may be subject to other limitations, such as, for example, but without limiting the generality of the foregoing, limits on disk storage space, on the number of calls You are permitted to make against Our application programming interface, and, for Services that enable You to provide public websites, on the number of page views by visitors to those websites.
Litigation Limitation Due to the nature of the therapeutic process and the fact that it often involves making a full disclosure with regard to many matters which may be of a confidential nature, it is agreed that, should there be legal proceedings (such as, but not limited to divorce and custody disputes, injuries, lawsuits, etc.), neither you nor your attorney(s), nor anyone else acting on your behalf will call on me to testify in court or at any other proceeding, nor will a disclosure of the psychotherapy records be requested unless otherwise agreed upon.
FUNDING LIMITATION Nothing herein shall be considered as obligating either Party to expend, or as involving either in any contract or other obligation for the future payment of, money in excess of funding approved and made available for payment under this Agreement and any modification thereto.

Transaction Limitations During any calendar month, You may not make more than six withdrawals from or transfers to another Credit Union Account of Yours or to a third party by means of a pre-authorized or automatic transfer or telephonic order or instruction, or by check, draft, debit card, if applicable, or similar order to a third party.
