Host Club definition

Host Club means the football club playing against the Club at the Host Stadium;
Host Club means the club owning or leasing a ground on which a competition match is being played. The Host Club may not necessarily be one of the participating teams.
Host Club means the Club, which is sponsoring or conducting a soccer tournament or other event.

Examples of Host Club in a sentence

  • Where the duration of the delay or failure continues for more than fourteen (14) days AC may immediately terminate this Agreement by written notice to the Host Club.

  • If AC or any other relevant authority determines, in their sole discretion, that the Venue is not suitable to host the Event, AC may terminate this Agreement in accordance with this clause provided it first provides the Host Club with written notice setting out the reasons the Venue is not suitable.

  • Consequences of Termination Upon termination of this Agreement for whatever reason: each party's obligations under this Agreement shall cease immediately; and the Host Club must not from the date of termination use the name of AC in connection with its own, or any other name nor in any way hold itself out as having a continuing association with AC.

  • AANR Midwest will provide advisory staffing for registration tables which are to be provided by the Host Club and located in an appropriate location.

  • If AC terminates this agreement under clause 8.4 and 16, AC will not be liable to the Host Club for any loss or damage suffered by it as a result of that termination.


More Definitions of Host Club

Host Club means the Club nominated in the Final Draw to host the Contest, whether at that Club or another venue.
