CHARGE TO EMPLOYEES FOR DISTRICT’s NET ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS. Subject to Section 5 below, each employee in the BPMA bargaining unit enrolled in a District medical insurance plan shall be charged two dollars and eighty-two cents ($2.82) each month to defray the District’s net District-wide cost for functions it performs that are reasonably necessary to administer and account for the Program. This amount shall be deducted once each month at the last pay date of the month. The District shall maintain a record of staff time and other expenses incurred to administer and account for the Program to provide the parties with objective data on which to base discussions conducted pursuant to section 5 below.
