Chargehand Defined. A chargehand when so designated and classified by the Company shall be defined as an employee who shall direct the work of other employees while performing similar work himself. He shall not have the authority to directly hire, fire, suspend or discipline employees. He shall be a member of the Union and shall have seniority in accordance with Article 7 herein.
