Common use of Chargehand Clause in Contracts

Chargehand. 40.1 Chargehands shall be paid a bonus of seventy-five cents (75¢) per hour over their own classification rate or over the highest paid employee on their crew, whichever is greater. No Chargehand shall have the same employee(s), within a group, as another Chargehand on the same shift.
