CHARGES AND PAYMENT. Charges & invoices 3.1 The Charges are the total maximum amount payable by the Buyer to the Supplier for delivery of the Services. Charges include Fees and, where agreed, Expenses and Daily Allowances. 3.2 The Supplier must provide valid tax invoices for all Charges on the dates or at the times specified in Schedule 1. The Buyer has no obligation to pay the Charges set out on an invoice, which is not a valid tax invoice. A valid a tax invoice must: a. clearly show all GST due b. be in Samoan currency or the currency stated in Schedule 1 c. be clearly marked 'Tax invoice'
