Backbilling Sample Clauses

Backbilling. Charges for all services or Trunks provided pursuant to this Agreement may be billed by the billing Party for up to one (1) year after the initial date such item was furnished. This Section shall not apply to backbilling that would be appropriate where changes are not evident other than through an audit pursuant to Audit provisions of this Agreement.

Backbilling. Pursuant to section 59 of the Utilities Commission Act, this Tariff constitutes the consent of the Commission to allow the Utility in the circumstances specified herein, to charge, demand, collect or receive from its Customers in respect of a regulated service rendered, a greater or lesser compensation than that specified in the subsisting schedules of the Utility applicable to that service. In the case of a minor adjustment to a Customer’s xxxx, such as an estimated xxxx or an equal payment plan billing, such adjustments do not require back-billing treatment to be applied.
Backbilling. Unless otherwise agreed by DNB and the Access Seeker in the Access Agreement, DNB may include omitted or miscalculated charges from an earlier Invoice in a later Invoice, or issue an Invoice for charges which have previously not been invoiced provided that DNB is able to substantiate the charges to the Access Seeker and such inclusion, amendment or issuance is made within 3 months from the end of the Billing Cycle in which the Services were provided.
